1. All entries must be posted on Po Chai Pills Facebook Page.
2. Participants are only allowed to submit ONE ENTRY using one account.
3. All recipients must provide their contact details within 48 hours of the recipient’s announcements. If recipients do not respond within the given period, all gifts will be forfeited and given to the next suitable entry at Po Chai Pills’ sole discretion.
4. Employees of the Po Chai Pills or its parent, affiliated and/or subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and any or all other companies associated with this Giveaway, as well as their immediate family members such as children, parents, siblings and spouse, are not eligible to enter.
5. All entries must not contain offensive words or depict photos that are sexually explicit or suggestive. All entries must be free from reference to drugs or any prohibited activity and do not contravene any law within the geographical area at the time of Giveaway. Po Chai Pills reserves the right to disqualify a post if the entry is found to contain offensive materials.
6. Po Chai Pills’ decision is final and no appeals will be entertained. Entries that do not meet the criteria will be automatically disqualified and not considered.

TEN (10) entries that have fulfilled due requirements will be randomly selected as the winners. Upon selection, we will arrange to deliver the prize to the winner’s delivery address according to the details provided by the winner before delivery.

Prizes received are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged into cash for redemption.

Entry into this contest campaign is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotion, or other publicity materials relating to the contest campaign, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

Any personal information, including without limitation, the participant’s name, age, address including postcode, telephone number and/or email address will be collected, stored, used and disclosed strictly in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and therefore, solely in connection with this contest campaign and for any purpose for which the entrant specifically opts in and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of delivering the gift in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Po Chai Pills reserves the right to halt, shorten and extend the Contest Period at any time in case of unexpected circumstances. Entries received after the Contest Period will be disqualified. No appeal for qualification will be entertained after the contest period.
